The label is founded by Harveen, an army wife whose journey across India — during her husband’s postings — has deeply influenced her creative vision. Drawing inspiration from the rich cultures, textiles, and traditions she experienced along the way, Harveen built this brand as a heartfelt tribute to India’s artistic heritage.

At the heart of The Peach Summer lies an unwavering commitment to handcrafted excellence. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and brought to life by skilled artisans, celebrating the unmatched beauty of hand-painting, embroidery, and traditional craftsmanship. Because when it comes to preserving the soul of Indian art, the work of our artisans and the art of handwork can truly be compared to none.

2. Product Policy

• All our products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, print, or detailing — these are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
• Product images are professionally shot, but actual colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution.
• Custom orders are made on request and may take additional production time.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed directly through our website.
• Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with details.
• We accept secure online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking.
• The Peach Summer reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing

• All prices on the website are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India and internationally.
• Delivery time depends on the product:
• You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
• Delays due to logistics, weather, or customs (for international orders) are beyond our control.

6. Exchange & Return Policy

• We currently do not accept returns.
• Exchange is possible only for sizing issues or manufacturing defects and must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• To be eligible for an exchange:
• Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Custom orders or orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, artwork, text, images, and designs — is the property of The Peach Summer. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

We value your privacy. All customer data is kept confidential and is used only for order processing and communication. We only share  personal information to third parties like courier services for sending your ordered products or functioning only related to your order, apart from that none is sold or shared to third parties.

• The Peach Summer is not liable for any allergies, reactions, or misuse of garments.
• Slight imperfections in hand-crafted products are not considered defects.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.• As they are hand painted, no two flowers will be identical and the Beauty lies in that only

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Panchkula, Haryana.
