Dispatch Timelines
- Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days
- Made-to-order & customised pieces: Dispatched within 30-40 business days maximun.
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
This is a made-to-order piece. A fresh saree, suit, lehenga top, or co-ord set will be hand-painted or hand-embroidered on order — crafted with care and detail from scratch.

Delivery Timelines
- Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International: 10–15 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders (India): Free shipping on all orders
- International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customs duties or taxes (if any) are to be paid by the customer.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
As all our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations and irregularities are natural and are part of the charm of handmade work. We currently do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges under certain conditions.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only if:
- You received an incorrect item
- The item was damaged during shipping
- You need a different size (subject to availability)
Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at thepeachsummer1@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Exchange Process
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If eligible, you’ll be guided on how to return the item.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the exchange or issue store credit.
Shipping for exchanges is to be borne by the customer unless the error is on our end.
No Exchange On
- Customised or made-to-measure orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Worn, damaged, or altered items
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed .
- Customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
